Matt was born and raised in the Capital Region. He spent the majority of his life in Saratoga county, but now resides locally with his family. Born and raised in Upstate New York, I’ve always had a passion for real estate, homeownership, the opportunities that property can create and simply getting to see new places and homes. Whether it’s helping someone find their dream home, guiding a seller into their next chapter, or assisting an investor in identifying the right opportunity, I genuinely enjoy being part of the journey.
My path into real estate began in 2019 when I started photographing homes for real estate listings. Through that experience, I gained a unique perspective on the industry and developed an even deeper appreciation for the buying and selling process. It wasn’t long before I decided to turn that passion into a career by earning my real estate license, allowing me to work directly with clients and help them achieve their real estate goals.
Before entering real estate, I spent 18 years building a successful career in information technology and project management. That experience taught me the importance of communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving—skills that now help me guide clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives with confidence and ease.
I earned an Associate Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Sage Colleges of Albany, providing me with both the technical and business foundation that I bring to every transaction.
I first discovered Greene County in 2014 and immediately fell in love with the area. In 2019, I made it my permanent home. There’s something special about seeing the mountains appear on the horizon—it still feels like a breath of fresh air every time. From the scenic beauty and outdoor recreation to the welcoming communities, this region offers a lifestyle unlike any other. Whether it’s snowmobiling, ATV riding, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the Catskills, I love everything this area has to offer and enjoy helping others discover it for themselves.
Outside of real estate, I’m an animal lover who has spent time volunteering with dog rescue organizations. I also share my home with two very special companions, Bruce and Louie, who keep life entertaining and remind me daily of what matters most.
